AHHHHHHHHHHHH! My in-laws, who have been living with us now for a year and a half finally got a contract on their house two weeks ago after droping the price from $146,000 to $99,000.  It passed two inspections but failed the third which is the city inspection because the people buy the home are minorities.  It failed because it has some chipping ( Read more... )
